This conference was an indepth look at nation building rail and road infrastructure:
Project management, finance, and alliance contracting.
The keynote addtess was by Professor Peter Newman, Professor of Sustainability, Curtain University of Technology and examined Australia's infrastructure: development pattterns and the environmental economic and social implications.
The meeting was also addressed by The ministers of Transport from Victoria and NSW
